By purchasing a ticket for Flowstate Festival, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Tickets are sold through the official Flowstate Festival website.
A ticket is valid only for the person named on the booking unless it has been transferred in accordance with these Terms.
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the organisers.
Where a refund is approved, it will be subject to:
a 15% administration fee; and
any payment processing or other non-refundable fees already incurred.
Failure to attend the Event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge up until 5 days before the Event begins.
After this deadline, transfers cannot be guaranteed.
The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring all transfer details are correct.
Flowstate Festival reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary, including but not limited to:
timetable changes;
workshop content;
teachers, DJs or performers;
venue changes within the local area;
social event schedules.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
If Flowstate Festival is cancelled by the organisers before it begins, ticket holders will be offered either:
a full refund of the ticket price; or
an alternative offered by the organisers, where applicable.
The organisers are not responsible for travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by attendees.
Photography and video recording may take place throughout the Event.
By attending, you acknowledge that images and video containing your likeness may be used by Flowstate Festival for promotional, marketing and educational purposes without further permission or compensation.
If you have concerns about being photographed, please speak with a member of the organising team during the Event.
Flowstate Festival is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
Attendees agree to:
treat all participants with respect;
follow the instructions of organisers and venue staff;
avoid behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing;
respect personal boundaries and consent while dancing.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
Partner dancing is a physical activity.
By attending, you confirm that you participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health and physical wellbeing.
You agree to dance within your own abilities and to take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowstate Festival and its organisers shall not be liable for:
loss, theft or damage to personal belongings;
personal injury except where caused by negligence;
indirect or consequential losses;
travel or accommodation costs arising from changes or cancellation of the Event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The organisers shall not be liable for delays, changes or cancellation caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, severe weather or venue issues.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
